Sneff is a performance magician, he was cheated by the Home version of Fargo. He worked up such a large debt in the casino that he was forced to stay onboard and work his pathetic parlor tricks (along with his helpers, Solt and Peppor!) to pay his way out. Once Fargo was exposed, Sneff went on a winning streak and bought his "freedom". Sneff is missing his front teeth, and thus is unable to pronounce some sounds. He pronunces "three" as "free" and "teeth" as "teeff."

Because of that, Fargo became vindictive against demihumans and forced them to work as slave labour on his cruise ship, ironically named after Zelbess. Irenes still lives in Marbule, alone, and weeps at night for her sister. When Serge comes to see her, she sees a way out of her sad predicament and follows him to the S.S. Zelbess.
