Wazuki
Wazuki is Serge's father, It is revealed near the end of the game that Lynx is actually Wazuki, Serge's father. 14 years ago, when Serge was 3-year old he was bitten by a Panther Demon. In order to save him, Wazuki and his friend Miguel travel by boat to Marbule. However, a violent storm (which is later explained was actually caused by Schala, in order to guide Serge) throws them off course and they end up in the Sea of Eden. Due to the storm, FATE, the machine which controls the flow of time, shuts down temporarily.
Wazuki and Miguel enter Chronopolis, and guided by a voice, they are told to bring the child forward. Serge comes in contact with the Frozen Flame, therefore making him the second (and sole) arbiter or Chrono Trigger. The Flame fully heals him, and they return to Arni.
But despite their safe return, Wazuki is traumatized by the incident. His mind is consumed by FATE, and he essentially becomes a tool for the machine. FATE turns Wazuki into the physical manifestation of Serge’s greatest fear: Lynx.
Miguel
Miguel is Leena's father was the victim of a huge storm 14 years ago, along with Wazuki. What happened in the Dead Sea was never known to Serge.
Marge
Marge is Serge's unbelievably understanding mother, who... well, does mother things, I guess.
Una
Una is Leena's sister, who's concerned that she needs to be more ladylike, go figure.
Garrai
Garai is the Father of Glenn and Dario, He is also one of the four Devas of the Acacia Dragoons (that is before Dario, Marcy, Karsh and Zoah) Garai was a contemporary of Radius. However, their friendship would be torn apart by coming into the company of a certain cursed sword.
Dario
Dario is Glenn's older brother earned the title of Acacia Deva, like his father Garai before him.
The Prophet Of Time
A mysterious old man who lives in the Viper Manor library. He's very knowledgable about Serge and the alternate worlds.
Direa
Direa is the elderly shaman of Guldove, who knows much about the six Dragon Gods.
Sage
A lot swifter and sharper than most demi-humans, the Sage has an open mind, even to humans. But because attitude towards humans is so overwhelmingly nasty, he doesn't have a lot of options.
